- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once an order is processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- To cancel your order within the allowed time, please email us at kickscare.co.in@gmail.com with your order number.
💸 Refund Eligibility
- We offer refunds only for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
- To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- Refund requests will not be accepted for minor packaging damage or buyer’s remorse.

- Once your claim is verified and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Refunds may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
