At KicksCare.co, we strive to provide high-quality shoe care products with a smooth customer experience. Please read our policy below for cancellations and refunds.

❌ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order is processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To cancel your order within the allowed time, please email us at kickscare.co.in@gmail.com with your order number.

💸 Refund Eligibility

  • We offer refunds only for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Refund requests will not be accepted for minor packaging damage or buyer’s remorse.

⏱️ Refund Process

  • Once your claim is verified and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Refunds may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.

📦 Return Instructions (if applicable)

If we require the product to be returned, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send products back without confirmation from our support team.
